Please call your insurance company to verify your most current benefits and if your provider is in-network. Your insurance may cover some of your mental health costs, but it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company and check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible/co-pay and has it been met?
• Is Abundant Life Counseling & Renewal Center in-network with my plan?
• Which therapists are in-network with my plan?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? Do I need prior authorization?
• Is approval required from my Primary Care Physician?
